  • Are you looking for a luxurious and epic photobooth or video booth experience? Perfect! The 1st step is easy — answer a few questions in our inquiry form and one of our team members will get back to you in 24 business hours. We’re excited to meet you!

  • Yay! We’re excited for your inquiry and even more excited to start planning the photobooth experience of your dreams!

    Once confirmed that your event date is available we will schedule a few minutes to talk about details of your event, build a package catered to your needs, and send you a proposal and contract.

    Once the 50% deposit is paid - your date will be secured!

  • This is the fun part for you and for us!

    We believe that every celebration is special and unique, so your photobooth experience should be too! From choosing the design for your photos, to choosing the perfect backdrops and props—We want to help you make your photobooth dreams become a reality! We’ll send you q questionnaire and schedule a 1 on 1 call to make sure all the details you’re looking for are noted. Then, we’ll get to customizing and curating designs for your photo and/or video templates and branding. 30 days prior to your event, we will finalize all of the details with you.

  • It’s time to party! We will arrive a minimum of 1 1/2 hr before your event.

    This is where you get to relax while we set up the photobooth and/or video booth, expertly tuning the lighting and other details. Ready for you and your guests to enjoy!

Sherry wears many hats with Heart of Chara, but her primary role is being the creative mind on and behind the scenes of your photobooth experience. She loves to collaborate with others to bring their vision to life. She has an eye for details and aesthetic designs. She takes care of the designing, the scheduling, and making sure that specific details are executed at your celebration. Her passion for making every event meaningful, joyful, and eye-catching fuels her drive to help create a photobooth experience that goes above and beyond the ordinary and will resonate in the hearts of our clients. Her goal is to help you create true connections and lasting memories.

When Sherry isn’t behind the scenes or brainstorming the most memorable photobooth experiences for our clients, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Will, and their 2 sons. She also enjoys serving in her community and her Church, as well as listening to music, journaling, and brunching with her girlfriends.
